Chef Kris Yenbamroong turned his parents' Thai restaurant in West Hollywood into the original Night + Market, and in doing so permanently shifted what LA expected from Thai food. The menu focuses on Northern Thai street flavors, funky, fermented and aggressively spiced, that had no real presence in the American restaurant landscape before he arrived. The natural wine list is one of the best in the city, chosen specifically to cut through the heat.
