Bar Las Brujas sits on Plaza Río de Janeiro - one of Roma Norte's most photographed squares, anchored by a mock replica of Michelangelo's David - and leans fully into its witchy identity: herbs suspended from the ceiling, candles, a menu that reads like a spell book. The cocktails are built around Mexican botanicals and mezcal, drawing on the curandera tradition of herbal medicine that has run through Mexican culture since before the Conquest. The terrace is the place to be on a warm evening.
