Gol Tong is a one-man show - the owner, a former Korean movie director who lined the walls with his own film posters, takes every order, greets every guest, and fries every piece of chicken himself. The menu has exactly three options, all boneless, all topped with fresh fruit (blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries) that sounds absurd until you eat it and realize the sweetness against crispy fried chicken is exactly right. The Director's Cut platter feeds two to three people and is the move.
