Corned beef sandwiches have one accepted shape and this kitchen ignores it: thick-cut beef off the griddle with house yellow mustard, pickled red cabbage and fresh mint, which sounds wrong until the mint does the job the pickle cannot. Every order comes with Skins and Ins, baked potatoes scooped, diced and fried until they land somewhere between a home fry and a potato skin. Lunch only, on Leary Way, with no ceremony attached.
