The Martinez/Hernandez family from Oaxaca started with one truck and built Leo's into a 15-location operation across greater LA - but the thing that made them famous hasn't changed. Al pastor carved live from a spinning trompo, each slice catching a sliver of pineapple on the way down to the tortilla, is the move. Open late (or all night at some locations), cheap, and reliably excellent.
