Lasita evolved from the tasting-menu restaurant Lasa into what it always wanted to be: a casual, first-come-first-served 32-seat spot in Chinatown's Far East Plaza, centered on two rotisserie stars. The chicken inasal (brined and marinated with lemongrass, ginger, and spring onion) and the pork belly lechon (crackling skin, herbaceous interior) are both exceptional, and the natural wine list is one of the most thoughtful and approachable in the city.
