Chef Peaches spent years at the legendary Vito's before opening Donna's in 2023 as a spiritual successor to that lost First Hill hangout. The space holds some of Vito's original art and chandeliers, but this is its own thing: a casual pasta bar with a gold disco ball, a polished bar for cocktails, and a late-night happy hour that has made $10 bowls of rigatoni the most efficient food decision in Capitol Hill.
