Dick's Northwest Sausage & Deli

Dick Young started curing and smoking Old World sausage on Prather Road in 1983 and later built a brewery beside it, so the deli doubles as the taproom for Dick's Brewing Company. Everything sliced onto the sandwiches is made here, pastrami and pepperoni and summer sausage smoked to Young's original recipes. It is the only reason anyone plans a stop at exit 88, and it is reason enough.
