Boston Public Market opened in 2015 as the first year-round indoor market in New England dedicated entirely to local producers - and unlike many such concepts, it delivered. Red's Best Fish Market, Red Apple Farm's cider donuts, fresh-made bagels, Moroccan street food, and a rotating cast of regional vendors who couldn't get shelf space at a supermarket. Best approached on an empty stomach with no particular plan.
