Shorty's has been Belltown's pinball dive since 1997, running the machines as the actual business rather than as decoration. Manny's Pale Ale is the pint to order, and quarters are the working currency. The building was redeveloped in 2019, so the bar moved two doors down and took the machines with it, which is the most Belltown outcome available.
