What began as a Smorgasburg pop-up snowballed into a Food Network win on The Great Food Truck Race, and now it's a pocket-sized counter in the East Village where Pakistani spice logic collides with New York street food muscle. The signature is the chapli kabab chopped cheese - the chopped cheese you know (ground beef, cheese, onions) rebuilt with cumin, coriander, and chile instead of the usual adobo dust, then dressed in lime-cilantro sauce and tamarind chutney instead of ketchup.
