La Texanita Food Truck

Sebastopol Road through Roseland is where Sonoma County's farmworker families built their own food economy, and La Texanita has been part of it long enough that two generations grew up on its handmade tortillas. The sit-down restaurant closed in 2026, but the truck kept going at 1410 Sebastopol Road, still building huaraches and molcajetes to order. It has drawn attention from well outside the county for more than a decade without changing the masa or the salsas, which says more than any single meal could.
