Named after the Hebrew word for an open-air market, Shukette channels the bustling energy of a Levantine bazaar straight into Chelsea. Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja, drawing on travels across the region, built a menu entirely around live charcoal fire, housemade dips, and fresh-baked breads - everything made in-house with locally sourced ingredients. The open kitchen isn't just functional theater; it's the backbone of how the place works, searing meats and porgy whole over hardwood coals.
