Kikiriki is the sound a Mexican rooster makes, and the pollo asado is why the name fits: split birds grilled over the fire and sold by the half or whole with tortillas and salsa. The other half of the business is al pastor, shaved off the trompo and folded into homemade flour tortillas, which is the norteño move this far north. Order at the counter, load up at the salsa bar, and bring your own beer since they don't sell it.
