Opened in late 2024 by acclaimed bartender Iain Griffiths and Oliver Cleary, Bar Snack treats snacks and drinks as true equals rather than an afterthought - its name itself comes from the snaquiri, a smaller pour of their seasonal daiquiri. What makes the bar work is restraint: nothing is overly fussy, the cocktails run stiff and under $18, and the snacks exist to extend the evening and reset the palate, not upstage the drinks.
