El Come Taco is a strip mall taquería that doesn't apologize for that. The tacos are built on handmade tortillas. The al pastor is shaved from a trompo spinning in the open kitchen. The birria is braised until it gives up and then crisped in its own fat. The mezcal list is longer than any taco spot has any right to have, and every pour is correct. Order a dozen tacos. You'll finish them.
