The Mahendros, better known for the Indian cooking at Badmaash, opened this La Brea window in 2021 as a love letter to the drive-through burgers they grew up on, from In-N-Out to the Quarter Pounder. The patties come griddled with American cheese and house sauces, and the Markham Burger nods to the Toronto suburb the family came from. Add fries with the spiced mayo and a cup of their oak chai.
