The stretch of Northlake Way under the Aurora Bridge is working waterfront, boatyards and marine supply, and Voula's has fed it breakfast for decades out of a small Greek kitchen with a counter and a handful of booths. The Hobos are the house category, scrambles piled onto hash browns and cheese, with Der Landstreicher adding German sausage, peppers, mushrooms and onions. Doors open at six on weekdays, to a room of people who have already been working.
