El Tigrillo is the kind of Roma Norte bar that exists to make you stay longer than you planned - mezcal poured generously, music that escalates as the night does, tables close enough that you end up in conversation with strangers. It doesn't have a concept beyond being a good bar, which in a city drowning in cocktail concepts is increasingly rare. The crowd skews local, the hours skew late, and the lighting skews dim.
