Georgia's began in 1977 when a Seattle mechanic handed his mother a corner of his repair shop to cook in, and the cooking gradually took the building. The storefront is gone now and the family works a truck instead, still turning out keftedes baked in red sauce under feta and lamb carved off the gyro spit.
