Your precise location is processed on your device only and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings.
2.5 Contact List
With your permission, the App may access your device's contact list to help you find friends who are already on SPOT or to invite people you know to join. We do not store your contacts on our servers, and contact data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

7.Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
8.Children's Privacy
SPOT is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

The App may display links to third-party websites, videos, and social media content (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with their content.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
