Common Questions

  • ·Delete your account: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • ·Report content: every review, guide, and profile has a report option. We review reports and act within 24 hours.
  • ·Block a user: open their profile and choose Block. You won’t see their content, and they won’t see yours.
  • ·Location, camera, or photo access: manage these anytime in iOS Settings → SPOT. The App works fine with any of them turned off.
  • ·A listing is wrong or closed: email us the place and city and we’ll fix it.
